Investors register, verify their email, complete KYC and connect a Web3 wallet. They can then browse the listed properties, open each one's details and buy the shares on offer.
Owners record ROI distributions per property and the platform shares them with every token holder. Investors see each payout in their ROI list. Launch includes quarterly distributions, Standard monthly, and Advanced unlimited.
Yes. My Investments shows every property an investor holds, with its shares and returns. With Share Swap, an investor can offer their property shares to another user, and the swap completes once the receiver approves it.
Every plan includes email verification, KYC checks before listing or trading shares, optional two-factor authentication (2FA) with an authenticator app, and separate owner and investor areas. Servers are managed and kept up to date by our team.
Each tokenized property or offering is one project. Launch and Standard include two projects; every further property is charged monthly at the rate shown for your plan.
Launch runs on the standard Tokenizer.capital design. Standard and Advanced are white-label, so the investor platform and user dashboard carry your own name, logo and colours.
Advanced. It adds API access with up to 1M API calls per month, so you can connect the platform to your own website, CRM or back-office systems.
Yes. You can upgrade from Launch to Standard or Advanced at any time, and your properties and investors stay on the platform. Third-party fees (payment providers, e-signing services) and taxes are not included and depend on your project.
